MEMBERS: please use the email you used on your membership application.
You need an active FMCS membership to register as a FMCS member.

Early Registration: through February 28, 2019
Late Registration: from March 1 to March 14, 2019.

Registration after March 14 is "on site/walk-up" only.


IMPORTANT NOTES:

• On-site registration will be available at the late registration rate.

• Registration costs cover fees associated with our meeting space, equipment and AV needs for posters and presentations, snacks and beverages during breaks, three evenings of mixers with a cash bar, banquet dinner, and conference swag.

• We cannot refund registration fees.
