NOTE: The only purpose of this page is to enable authors to submit research articles for consideration in Walkerana to the journal editor. During the file upload process, you WILL NOT receive a confirmation after each file upload is completed—do not be concerned. However, if you do not receive an e-mail confirmation from one of the Co-Editors within two weeks of your submission, please contact a Co-Editor for assistance.

BEFORE SUBMITTING ANY FILES authors should be certain that they adhere to all format and other requirements specified on the Instructions for Authors page. Articles for the Ellipsaria Newsletter will not be accepted here. The manuscript file, cover letter file, and all associated Figure files must be submitted by upload to the FMCS Walkerana website.

The manuscript and cover letter files must be composed and uploaded as Word (.DOC) files. The figures must each be submitted as separate files (.PDF or .TIF) and not embedded in the manuscript. All files should be named with the author's last name and a description of the file's content (e.g., McMurray_cover letter.doc, McMurray_manuscript file.doc, McMurray_Figure1.pdf, McMurray_Figure2.tif, etc.). Submissions in the form of a mailed hard copy or email to the Editor with attachments will not be considered. All submissions must be accompanied by a cover letter in Word format stating the significance of the work, that the manuscript is not currently under review at another journal, that the text and data have not been published previously, the names and e-mail contact information for up to 3 individuals who may provide a thorough and impartial peer review of the manuscript, and a list of the submitted file names. Manuscripts not adhering to the file format, citation, and other requirements specified will be returned to the author without review.
